Anchor's A-Way Now, as a vacation rental 11- 16-2018

This house is my baby and pet project, I love everything about it.  The history is fantastic, and we've turned it back into what it once was, or maybe better, without losing any of it's fun qualities.  We've had a ton of people work on this house from my best friend, who helped me do some serious decorating, when she felt Orange wasn't a color you worked with - she recovered from that and had a blast.  To a really great contractor (Eric Iversen), who worked within our parameters and budget.  My favorite plumber (Dave Harrison) who did a bunch of preliminary work and then had to come back out and do more, after we had an unexpected freeze.  To my other best friend Erik Journey, who worked on the clock and for free of charge depending on the situation. My yard guy Randy, who has plodded along methodically when I gave him a really limited budget.
Side Deck

Sunny front deck.

The view from the corner of Joshua & 5th Avenue - it's super close to the beach.

After we removed some tree's cleared the drainfield and added the new retro fence.

Queen Bed in the loft.

Fun orange light, and vintage Oregon map.

Dining Area

The rattan swivel rockers - with new retro cushions, and hey there's that great mid-century foot stool, Still around after all these years.  There is also the fun mid-century floor lamp, and end table that have survived all this time.

I told you that cadet heater was still there and working perfectly - I serviced it this year.  I just love our new upholstered twin built in beds.  Our upholstery guy was sitting on some great orange retro fabric, and the new high density foam makes them comfortable.

Mrs. Grey lives next door but she love's the sunny deck.

The wild Rhododendron in bloom.

The Great Picnic Table we just picked up that seats 4.   Come stay with us!
